I'm not as "strong" as I used to be
Now I find strength in balance
I'm not concerned with perfection like I once was
Now I focus on what's at hand
I'm no longer interested in doing things "right"
Now I listen to what works
I no longer subscribe to the idea that healing has to be hard
Now I love myself more
I'm honored to teach every Wed Morning at 9:15am and offer the Moon Medicine classes every New, Full, & Balsamic Moon @theyogaunderground ....
