"Wow. Kat has been such a powerful influence and guide along my journey. I first met her at a Tepezcohuite ceremony, and she was able to help me have a deep emotional release during the intention-setting phase, before we had even taken any medicine. She was the first person to serve me Kambo, and I felt her gentle, tender, loving, feminine presence very comforting. I believe she's the first person I'd cried in front of in a very, very long time, and the space she holds is what made me feel safe to do that. "This was my first shamanic breathwork class. The results came to me almost immediately; I had a life-changing event on 10/2 which shifted my path towards a better place. It felt as if I had jumped timelines in the breathwork class. The event on 10/2 forced me to face my reality and the results of my actions. It felt surreal. The class/experience truly changed me; it altered my path. I just signed up for another in December and I am truly so excited to see what it ushers into my world this time. I have finally fully processed everything from the September event and I am ready for the next chapter.

Something I particularly loved about this event was the intimacy within the setting. Kat created a safe space for women, by women. It is totally unique and incredibly healing. I felt no judgements in the room that night. And that's a difficult thing to find."
